Feminine Embodiment dance is the practice of connecting to your intuition and essence through movement.

Each class is designed to take you through one of the several feminine archetypes. A journey through the light and shadow side of each archetype with somatic movement, across the floor freestyle and a simple choreography. This isn’t just a dance class it’s a healing journey in a space that feels safe and inspiring.
